How Engagement Works
A structured approach to providing leadership during complexity, designed for accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution.
Initial Consultation & Assessment
Engagement begins with a confidential consultation, by phone or in person, whichever the client prefers, followed by a structured review of the client's full situation. This is not a sales call. It is a diagnostic conversation designed to determine whether our model is the right fit.
Where appropriate, an in-home assessment is conducted to evaluate the physical environment, identify safety concerns, and document property condition.
Retainer-Based Stewardship
Most clients engage through a monthly retainer. This is the foundation of our model. It ensures that leadership is already in place when circumstances shift, rather than scrambling to assemble it after the fact.
Project-Based Engagement
Defined projects, including property upgrades, estate transitions, construction oversight, and major coordination efforts, are scoped separately with written estimates, defined timelines, and structured reporting.
Project engagements can operate alongside or independently of a retainer relationship.
Crisis Response Engagement
When a qualifying crisis occurs, whether property damage, sudden incapacity, legal emergency, or contractor failure, we mobilize immediately. Crisis engagements are structured for rapid deployment and sustained coordination until stability is restored.
Who We Are Best Suited For
We Are Not Structured For:
Our engagement model supports eleven service areas, from crisis response and property oversight to digital estate management and post-transition stabilization.
